    The Technical Features and Aromorphosis of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC)

    [Purpose/Significance] The enrichment and emergence of multi-modal content promote the updating and iteration of technical models.This paper discusses the challenges and opportunities of AI generated content(AIGC)from the perspective of information resource management,which will play a positive role in the future application expansion and scene landing of AIGC. [Design/Methodology] Based on the evolution and development of the Internet, this paper combs the basic conditions for the development of AIGC from four aspects: network form evolution, content production, interpersonal interaction mode, and network resource organization. Focusing on three dimensions of data assignment, model intelligence and space empowerment, this paper discusses the technical characteristics of AIGC, the technical elements founded on data, algorithms and computing power, and the development stages based on entity twinning, learning and creation, and real-time autonomous generation. [Findings/Conclusion] The integration of AIGC and technical algorithms has brought a substantial impact on the research and practice of information resource management, which is embodied in information organization, data asset management, user research and information ethics. [Originality/Value] AIGC, supported by information resources, has strong productivity, which has brought a new attempt to the entire content ecology and creation model, analyzing its elements, characteristics and impacts is helpful to promote the exploration and practice of AIGC in the field of information resource management.

    OpenAI has released a new generation of conversational language model: ChatGPT, showing natural, fluid conversation capabilities, reviving the promise of artificial general intelligence that was previously thought impossible. Large language models represented by ChatGPT are typical technological and application innovations in the era of digital intelligence. ChatGPT's powerful ability of information processing, collecting, integrating and generating brings challenges and opportunities to information resource management discipline.It has had a profound impact on the six perspectives of information resources management including supporting algorithms and technologies, information resources construction, information organization and information retrieval, information governance, content security and evaluation, and human-computer intelligent interaction and collaboration. In the era of digital intelligence, with the rapid development of large-scale AI models, it is necessary for us to keep close attention to this and promote the corresponding transformation of subject technology application paradigm, innovation of theories and methods, and governance reform, so as to further consolidate the foundation of information resources to support the "Four Orientations".

    Application Scenarios and Development Opportunities of AIGC in the Digital Intelligence Integration Environment

    [Purpose/Significance] Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)is driving a paradigm shift in content creation under the trend of virtual reality integration. Exploring the application scenarios and development opportunities of AIGC in the digital intelligence integration environment will help promote the efficient empowerment of AI technology and the realization of the value of content ecology. [Design/Methodology] Focusing on the development history of AIGC, this paper systematically sorts out the conceptual connotation of AIGC from three perspectives: content development, concept analogy and technology development. Based on the characteristics of five application scenes: life scene, service scene, cultural and entertainment scene, technology scene and business scene,the interaction form and interaction mode of AIGC are explored. [Findings/Conclusion] The technical basis of AIGC is the renewal and iteration of digital technology, and the concept of construction is the expansion and gain of creation space, but its essential feature is the innovation and development of content ecology. On the whole, the development opportunities of AIGC are mainly reflected in three levels: content symbiosis based on group intelligence, capacity enhancement based on digital intelligence integration and value co-creation based on incremental market. [Originality/Value] With the breakthrough development of underlying technology and algorithm model, an enormous amount of content spawned by AI is spreading from assisting collaboration and reducing cost to intelligent creation and value-added creation, bringing new creative ideas to the content ecology under the digital intelligence logic.

    [Purpose/Significance] This study aims to delve into the current status of AI literacy among high education students and its correlation with practical application, attitude, interest, and other factors, explore the feasibility and measures for high education institutes to cultivate students' AI literacy in the era of AI, and provide empirical support and theoretical guidance for advancing AI literacy education. [Design/Methodology] Employing quantitative research approaches, this study conducts an analysis of the current AI literacy level among high education students and its correlation with their educational and training backgrounds, practical application experience, attitude, and interest through surveys and data analysis. This research design emphasizes the crucial role of practical experience in enhancing students' AI literacy level, and also examines the impact of factors such as educational backgrounds, disciplinary background, attitude, and interest on AI literacy from various perspectives. [Findings/Conclusion] In the digital era, practical experience plays a vital role in enhancing the AI literacy level of high education students. By actively engaging in the practical use of AI technologies or products, students can more effectively translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills and thereby comprehensively elevate their AI literacy level. Furthermore, there exists a positive correlation between students' positive attitudes, interests, and AI literacy. [Originality/Value] The study presents a targeted scale for assessing the AI literacy level of high education students and examines the factors influencing AI literacy. It lays the groundwork for future in-depth exploration of the correlation between practical application of AI and theoretical learning, as well as developing a tailored educational training framework.

    [Purpose/Significance] A systematic review of data element market literature at home and abroad helps to deeply understand the structural composition and operational framework of data element market, grasp its key issues and main ideas, and reveal the current research progress and weaknesses, so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for strengthening the construction of data element market in China. [Design/Methodology] Adopting the bibliometric analysis method and taking the literature related to the topic of data element market in Web of Science and CNKI as the analysis object, based on keyword co-occurrence and its temporal clustering, this paper analyzes the basic theory of data element market construction, operation mechanism and main viewpoints on the development of data trading institutions at home and abroad in conjunction with the text content. [Findings/Conclusion] Research shows that "data element market" is a hot issue of academic research at home and abroad, mainly focusing on the concept system of data elements, the core issues such as operation of the data element market and data trading platforms. Overall, the research is still in the exploratory stage of research, and there is no consensus on research involving data property rights, pricing, and regulation. The systematic and in-depth study of China's data element market still needs to be improved. [Originality/Value] This paper systematically sorts out the research progress of data element market at home and abroad, summarizes the research characteristics and development direction, which provides a reference for further research.

    Analysis on AIGC False Information Problem and Root Cause from the Perspective of Information Quality

    [Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to analyze the types and characteristics of false information in AIGC,which has a positive role in understanding the root causes of false information and reducing its generation. [Design/Methodology] In this study, the method of data testing experiment was adopted. Based on the perspective of information quality, the types and characteristics of false information generated by AIGC were analyzed through collecting first-hand testing data of AI systems and second-hand false information of AIGC. Further, focusing on the information generation process of artificial intelligence language models, we explored the origins of false information generation in AIGC. [Findings/Conclusion] False information in AIGC mainly consists of two types: factual false information and hallucinatory false information. Factual false information is primarily focused on errors in five aspects: data errors, author and his works errors, errors in objective facts, programming code errors, and machine translation errors. On the other hand, hallucinatory false information is mainly concentrated in the areas of fake news events, false academic information, false health information, and bias and discrimination. The origins of false information in AIGC are related to three factors: large-scale language models, pre-training datasets, and human annotations. [Originality/Value] This study employes a data testing experimental approach, complemented by the collection of second-hand data, comprehensively analyzes various types of false information in AIGC, and divides false information into factual false information and hallucinatory false information based on the generation mechanisms and manifestations, which provides a theoretical foundation for further research on false information in AIGC.

    Human-AI Interaction Experience Research: Accelerating the Development of Human-Centered AI

    [Purpose/Significance] As the two sides of the same coin, "Human-AI interaction"(HAII)and "Human-Centered AI"(HCAI)have become frontier research themes in the field of human-computer interaction and artificial intelligence respectively.Taking the research of HAII experience as the entry point, this study aims to help researchers in such "user-centered" fields as information behavior and user experience consider how to give play to their unique advantages in user study and interactive design, and actively participate in promoting the long-term and stable development of HCAI. [Design/Methodology] This study conducted a literature survey on previous HAII experience research, with an aim to identify the major topics and determine its connections to HCAI research. [Findings/Conclusion] The existing HAII experience research focus on quantifying the influence of human or AI characteristics on the interaction experience. However, the characteristic dimensions of the two subjects were not explored in a systematic manner, and the task and environment components of interaction were not considered. More importantly, the dimensions of user experience investigated were not well connected to the key issues of HCAI. [Originality/Value] A preliminary research system of HAII experience is established: at the level of research design, the interaction subjects, tasks, environment, and experience constitute the core framework; and at the level of research themes, human-AI collaboration, human-AI competition, human-AI conflict, and human-AI symbiosis are promising directions. The research system provides clear guidance for conducting user studies in AI-involved context in the future.

    [Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to investigate the influencing factors and guiding strategies of Generative AI like ChatGPT on digital literacy education in university libraries, which will provide reference models and case studiesfor the domestic digital literacy education workers in colleges and universities, and facilitate the development of a localized framework for digital literacy in Chinese universities based on artificial intelligence. [Design/Methodology] By employing empirical research methodology, the test paper was designed based on the existing five dimensions of digital literacy, and content analysis of the test answers was conducted in three dimensions: knowledge content, competency, and emotional value. [Findings/Conclusion] We have identified four key characteristics of the knowledge content of digital literacy education within the scope of artificial intelligence, and have summarized the guidance and impact of artificial intelligence tools on students' higher-order thinking skills and emotional value. [Originality/Value] This paper focuses on agranular analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence tools on digital literacy education, and realizes the effect testing and result analysis of digital literacy learning conducted with multiple individuals simultaneously using ChatGPT generative AI tools.

    [Purpose/Significance] This study aims to examine the selection of software tools in scientific research activities from the perspectives of "collaborative ability" and "AI empowerment", and propose suggestions for constructing scientific research workflows. [Design/Methodology] Based on the scientific research process, through website surveys and user feedback, we collected information of scientific research tools considering their functional characteristics and user evaluations. Using collaborative ability and AI empowerment as criteria, we compared and selected mainstream scientific research tools. [Findings/Conclusion] There are significant differences in the collaborative abilities of different scientific research software applications, as well as in the degree to which these softwares are integrated with AIGC technology. By constructing optimized workflows through screening scientific research tools, more effective collaboration can be achieved among different stages of scientific research processes, devices, and users to enhance knowledge management and production efficiency of researchers. [Originality/Value] This study provides references for the software choices of researchers and promotes more excellent research tools selected to collaborate in scientific research and improve AIGC capabilities and the overall efficiency of research activities.

    Algorithm Literacy in Digital and Intelligence Era: Connotation, Category and Prospect

    [Purpose/Significance] The advent of the algorithmic society has put forward new goals for individual development, while algorithmic literacy helps to enhance the ability of individuals to interact with algorithms, open up new paths for individuals to enhance algorithmic cognition and skills, cope with algorithmic social risks, and the source governance of algorithms. In view of the limitations of algorithmic literacy concept in current studies, the connotation and elements of algorithm literacy need to be further discussed. [Design/Methodology] Based on the theory of "human-centered AI" and the framework of Key Competencies focusing on individual development, this paper defines the connotation and elements of algorithmic literacy from the perspective of multiple stakeholders. [Findings/Conclusion] Algorithmic literacy consists of three dimensions: thinking level, attitude level and knowledge level that individuals interact with algorithms, and the components of three dimensions differ depending on the target stakeholders such as algorithm producers, algorithm users and algorithm regulators. The future research related to algorithmic literacy can be deepened in three directions: theoretical research, literacy cultivation and algorithmic governance. [Originality/Value] Based on the perspective of multiple stakeholders, this study initially explores the connotation of algorithmic literacy and proposes a framework of algorithmic literacy elements consisting of thinking, attitude and knowledge for multiple stakeholders such as algorithm producers, algorithm users and algorithm regulators, which provides guidelines for promoting future algorithmic literacy research, accelerating algorithmic literacy improvement and assisting algorithmic governance.

    [Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to investigate and summarize the current status and trends of global AI literacy education for clarifying the present situation and deficiencies and propose strategies for optimizing the AI literacy education in universities. [Design/Methodology] The study explores the developmental trends of AI literacy education based on various research materials such as policy documents, conference records, and research papers released by international organizations and developed countries. It employs the Berry-picking model to analyze innovative initiatives in AI literacy education practices at 29 universities both domestically and internationally. [Findings/Conclusion] A clear boundary and interconnection exist between AI literacy education and AI education. The orientation of international policies plays a crucial role in promoting AI literacy education, yet there is a lack of a comprehensive framework for such education. In universities, the primary AI literacy education educators consist of colleges, learning development centers and libraries, with diverse forms to deliver educational content encompassing knowledge, skills, attitudes, and ethical values. To effectively conduct AI literacy education at universities, it is imperative to establish and optimize an educational framework, while leverage the key role of university libraries. This can be achieved through the implementation of diversified educational strategies, and the enrichment of educational content based on the KSAVE model. [Originality/Value] Based on the findings by providing insights into the international development trends of AI literacy education and analyzing current innovative practices implemented in universities, this paper proposes strategies for optimization AI literacy education, which provides valuable references and guidance for the promotion and implementation of AI literacy education in universities.

    [Purpose/Significance] The breakthrough of Generative Artificial Intelligence(Generative AI)has led to the explosive growth of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC), which inevitably cause people to be negatively affected by information overload, information noise, information security, and other related issues, making social information governance face new challenges. This paper aims to analyze and discuss the characteristic attributes of AIGC incidents, so as to provide a reference for Generative AI governance in China. [Design/Methodology] Based on AI Incident Database(AIID)and taking AIGC-related incident reports as samples for content analysis, the types, causes, damage objects and countermeasures of existing AIGC incidents were discussed. [Findings/Conclusion] The diversity of the objects affected by AIGC incidents, the wide distribution of the scope, and the complex unknown of the potential harm, result in the resources and capabilities of any single actor not being able to effectively deal with the crisis. It is necessary for actors of government, enterprises and society to form a governance participation model of "diversity + coordination + checks and balances", and to carry out information governance under the action framework of "context-consciousness-action". [Originality/Value] This paper introduces AIID as a case source database, provides an intuitive demonstration of the relevant details of existing AIGC incidents and forms a three-level category framework for AIGC incident analysis through content analysis.The action frame of Generative AI governance formed in this study is helpful to promote the exploration and practice of Generative AI governance from a macro perspective.

    [Purpose/Significance] According to previous work, this paper aims to summarize and sorte out the applied process and applied fields of LDA model to provide reference for the research of LDA model in library and information science(LIS)field. [Design/Methodology] We selected Web of Science Core Collection、LISA、Google Scholar、CNKI、VIP and WANFANG Database as data source, retrieved literature about the LDA model in the field of LIS, constructed the analytical framework of LDA model application research through content analysis, from the perspective of the applied process of these models, carefully analyzed the current research at home and abroad [Findings/Conclusion] The results show that a more mature analysis process has been formed for the research of LDA topic models in LIS field, it has been applied in rich fields such as topic exploration, knowledge organization, academic evaluation, sentiment analysis,but the research still need to be strengthened in the future in dealing with complex tasks such as processing big data and multimodal data,improving the semantic quality of modeling results and the application of extended model [Originality/Value] Based on the applied process of LDA model, the existing problems and development direction of LDA model research in the field of LIS are revealed in detail.

    How to Improve Users Social Presence by Social Robots? The Role of Sticker’s Emotional Valence in Human-AI Conversation Interaction

    [Purpose/Significance] In the process of human-AI interaction, chatbots can enhance the user experience by using stickers to express the social cues that text can't convey during human-AI conversations. This study aims to reveal the impact of the congruence of the emotional valence of the sticker and the text on users' social presences and social responses. It will improve the anthropomorphism of social robots and facilitate the widespread acceptance and application of robotic services in the future. [Design/Methodology] The study created a simulated human-AI interaction scenario, meanwhile conducted a controlled experiment in a 2(sticker valence: positive/negative)×2(text valence: positive/negative)within-subject design, in which 45 participants were recruited to complete four rounds of conversational tasks with chatbots and then measured their social presences and social responses of users in congruent group and incongruent group of emotional valence of the sticker and the text through questionnaires. [Findings/Conclusion] Compared with the incongruent group, participants in the congruent group experienced stronger social presences during human-AI interactions and performed more positive social responses. Specifically, they were more willing to accept the chatbot's advice as well as had higher trust, satisfaction, and intention to use them. [Originality/Value] It enhances the theoretical foundation of experience studying in human-AI interaction under visual-verbal multi-modal interfaces, makes methodological contributions for human-AI interaction design decisions, and provides practical guidance for the dialogue design of social robots.

    [Purpose/Significance] The aim of this study is to construct a more universal and novel content framework for artificial intelligence literacy(AIL)instruction. [Design/Methodology] We referenced globally influential AIL frameworks, reports from international organizations, international standards, policies of several leading countries(regions), China's national strategic needs, employers' demands for AI talent, academic papers, trends from globally renowned enterprises, and the content of existing AIL education courses. Through this, the composition and basis of the AIL instruction content framework were analyzed. [Findings/Conclusion] The AIL instruction content framework in China is composed of four major parts: AI cognition, AI skills, AI application, and AI ethics. [Originality/Value] Unlike similar domestic achievements that mainly derive AIL frameworks from academic papers, this study integrates global academic data from multiple sources to construct an AIL instruction content framework that is both operational and valuable for practical guidance.

    [Purpose/Significance] This study aims to quantitatively analyze the themes of user-generated content on the Xiaohongshu platform, with the goal of improving the content quality of social media platforms and promoting their healthy development. [Design/Methodology] Based upon the Censydiam motivation analysis model, this study utilizes the BERTopic topic extraction method to construct a framework for researching the themes and motivations behind information sharing in online communities. The study focuses on the Xiaohongshu platform, collecting 3,688,942 pieces of user-generated content to analyze the users' motivations behind information sharing across different themes. [Findings/Conclusion] The themes of information sharing by Xiaohongshu users primarily encompass life experiences, shopping, and food. By precisely pinpointing these themes using the Censydiam model, the study reveals that users' primary needs include a sense of belonging and identification with social groups, social integration and communication, as well as seeking enjoyment and relaxation. Therefore, the platform should place greater emphasis on maintaining alignment with the overall social media environment and ensuring a consistent social tone to reflect care for the user community and enhance their sense of belonging. [Originality/Value] This study is based on textual data from the Xiaohongshu online community, verifying the feasibility of the research framework and offering new insights and methods for the analysis and development of online communities.

    [Purpose/Significance] The purpose of this paper is to reveal the current development status of new public cultural spaces in China from multiple dimensions, and provide theoretical references for the high-quality development of new public cultural spaces in period of the 15th Five-Year Plan. [Design/Methodology] Using field research, macro data, and case texts as data sources, this study extracted information on construction methods, spatial creation, operational mode, management mode, and service content, to form concepts and types, and summarize existing problems [Findings/Conclusion] With public libraries and cultural centers as the main construction entities, China undertakes the construction of a new type of public cultural spaces on the basis of the total branch library system. New construction, renovation, and embedding are the main construction approaches of new public cultural spaces, and spatial value is the core value. The transformation of new public cultural spaces has driven the transformation of operation, management and service.. In the future, the new type of public cultural space should be deeply connected with existing public cultural facilities, while forming a staggered development.We should strengthen the construction of new public cultural spaces in rural areas, improve the level of service specialization,and enhance sustainable development capabilities. [Originality/Value] Using multi-source data, this paper reveals the current development status of new public cultural spaces in China from a macro perspective, and proposes development suggestions for the 15th Five-Year Plan.

    [Purpose/Significance] The emergence of Generative AI as a new media form, plays a dual impact on the reshaping the media structure and the social context of traditional cultural communication. Researching on media presentation and risk management of Generative AI holds significance in facilitating intelligent dissemination of traditional cultural, fostering digital humanities with distinct Chinese characteristics, and constructing modern Chinese civilization. [Design/Methodology] By using participatory observation and case analysis, combined with relevant theories of media science and semiotics, this study explores the application of Generative AI in the field of traditional cultural communication from three dimensions of media presentation, risk factors and risk governance. [Findings/Conclusion] Generative AI has a complex impact on the dissemination of traditional culture in media material, media interaction, media symbols, media time, media space and other aspects, and there are risks such as insufficient cultural accuracy, authenticity and completeness, cultural value conflicts and creativity reduction, cultural bias and inequality, infringement and excessive commercialization, etc. This requires the collaborative governance participated by multiple stakeholders such as regulatory agencies, service providers, cultural heritage units and users. [Originality/Value] This paper examines the theoretical rationale behind traditional cultural communication from the perspective of Generative AI, and proposes multi-party collaborative governance strategies for potential risks.

    [Purpose/Significance] Digital inclusion has become an important topic in the study of digital governance.This paper reviews the English literature on digital inclusion to provide a reference for domestic research and practice. [Design/Methodology] In this paper, 106 relevant English literatures were retrieved in the Web of Science database from 2010 to January 1,2022.Through integrating and evaluating these literatures by content analysis method, the distribution of research topics and shortcomings of these research were revealed and the future research direction was proposed. [Findings/Conclusion] The research topics of digital inclusion in English literature focus on the connotation, the influencing factors, the content and effect of practice, as well as the reflection and improvement of practice. There are some problems in the existing researches, such as oversimplified connotation, vague mechanism of occurrence, lack of effect research and insufficient operable improvement path. It is suggested that domestic research should strengthen the theoretical and empirical research on digital inclusion based on local reality from a multidisciplinary perspective. [Originality/Value] A relatively complete knowledge system of digital inclusion is proposed in this paper, providing references for the study and practice in the field of digital inclusion in China.

    A Review of Research on Interactive Visualization Applications in Digital Humanities

    [Purpose/Significance] This paper presents a systematic review of current research that employ interactive visualization in digital humanities studies to reveal the whole picture of the area.  [Design/Methodology] Fifty interactive visualization studies and projects were collected from representative journals and conferences in the field of digital humanities and major projects of domestic digital humanities research institutions. A new analytical framework and taxonomy was proposed based on existing visualization theory and inductive coding. Based on this framework,the collected literatures were categorized and analyzed from the perspective of user, data, task, visual representation and interactions. [Findings/Conclusion] Our results show that(1)There's a lack of attention to visualizing GLAM data for public users, constructing humanities datasets and assisting annotation with visualizations.(2)The main challenge of interactive visualization design in the current digital humanities is to cope with data uncertainty and improve the performance and availability of interactive visualization for large-scale, multi-dimensional data and complex tasks. [Originality/Value] This paper reveals the research state and future direction of interactive visualization in the field of digital humanities.

    The Practical Experience and Enlightenment of European Digital Literacy Projects for Senior Citizens

    [Purpose/Significance] The improvement of digital literacy and skills of senior citizens is significant for them to cross the digital divide. This study intends to investigate the practice of European digital literacy projects for senior citizens to provide some references for the development of digital literacy projects for senior citizens in China. [Design/Methodology] Through investigating and analyzing current digital literacy projects for senior citizens in Europe, 15 projects were selected as typical cases. The characteristics and practical experiences of projects were summarized in terms of training contents and forms. [Findings/Conclusion] Our analysis shows that there are several characteristics in European digital literacy projects for senior citizens, such as multi-level design of teaching content, focus on digital application scenarios, emphasis on Internet safety education, development of online teaching platforms, complete teaching materials, standardized teaching design, diversified teaching forms, and provision of aging-appropriate special services. Based on the European practical experience, our domestic digital literacy education for senior citizens needs to strengthen multi-institutional collaboration, strengthen the planning and design of education and teaching content oriented to the needs of senior citizens, enrich the teaching form of digital literacy education and explore the digital literacy education model for the elderly suitable for China's national conditions. [Originality/Value] The characteristics of digital literacy education for senior citizens in Europe summarized in this study from the aspects of training content and form will help optimize the process of digital literacy education for senior citizens and promote their digital literacy level.

    [Purpose/Significance] This paper studies the basic theoretical issues and practical explorations of inclusive non-basic public cultural services, aiming to promote the development of inclusive non-basic public cultural services in China and meet the diverse, multi-level and multi-faceted spiritual and cultural needs of the people. [Design/Methodology] On the basis of sorting out the main progress of the socialized development of public culture in China, this paper proposes the meaning, principles, significance and problems of inclusive non-basic public cultural services, analyzes the practice in Beijing and Shanghai and finally points out several concepts that should be clarified in the development of inclusive non-basic public cultural services during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. [Findings/Conclusion] Inclusive non-basic public cultural services are public cultural services provided by the government through supporting public cultural institutions or market entities in order to meet the diverse, multi-level and multi-faceted cultural needs of the people when the market’s cultural products are spontaneously insufficiently supplied.To build a culturally powerful country and improve the public cultural service system, it is necessary to continuously promote the socialized development of public cultural services, and creating a new situation of inclusive non-basic public cultural services is one of the important works. [Originality/Value] This paper clarifies the basic concept of inclusive non-basic public cultural services, and proposes development strategies for inclusive non-basic public cultural services.

    [Purpose/Significance] Research on the academic paper innovativeness helps to accelerate the sharing of knowledge innovation, achieve innovative breakthroughs or re-innovation, promote the development of national innovation. It is also helpful to create a good scientific research atmosphere and guide scientific research to attach importance to innovation.[Design/Methodology] Based on the existing literature, this paper explains the current research situation of academic paper innovativeness from four dimensions: the differentiation of related concepts, types, identification method, as well as the application of academic paper innovativeness. Furthermore, the future research has been prospected. [Results/Conclusions] This paper summarizes the connotation of academic paper innovativeness, two types of academic paper innovativeness, sorts out 4 methods for innovativeness identification of academic paper innovativeness and the application of academic paper innovativeness research, and points out the following dynamic changes:(1)based on scientific evaluation of the new era, further deepen the theoretical research of academic paper innovativeness, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the selection of high-quality academic papers;(2)use new information technology to comprehensively identify the academic paper innovativeness;(3)strengthen the application of academic paper innovativeness research, enhance innovation, and create a good scientific atmosphere.     Mobile Search Behavior of Social Media App Users:Context, Strategy and Path

    [Purpose/Significance] This paper explores users' mobile search behavior when using social media apps from three aspects of search context, search strategy and behavior path. It is helpful to deeply understand users' information behavior characteristics on social media apps. [Design/Methodology] In this paper, 40 users were recruited as experimental subjects for a fee, and their behavioral data and contextual information during using social media apps for mobile search within 20 days were obtained through the method of structured logs and analyzed to reveal the behavioral characteristics of users using social media APP for mobile search. [Findings/Conclusion] The users' mobile search time of using social media is generally short, and the search locations are relatively centralized.In the context of social media usage, users' mobile search tasks are mainly about informational, and the distribution of mobile search motivations is relatively average.There are different associations between different search tasks, search motivations and search topics. After initial search, social media users will continue to search, share search results or engage in other behaviors, accompanied by the switching of app interaction path. [Originality/Value] The innovation of this paper mainly focuses on users' search behavior on social media APPs, which is a supplement to the study of social search behavior in the mobile Internet environment.

    [Purpose/Significance] Cryptocurrency transaction is globally anonymous with low cost, which is in favor of terrorists and criminals to transfer funds around the world. Effective supervision of cryptocurrency transactions has become a challenge for academia, industry and relevant law enforcement agencies. [Design/Methodology] Relying on transaction data of Bitcoin as a representative cryptocurrency, this study conducts social network analysis to identify abnormal addresses and transaction patterns, and utilizes machine learning algorithms to identify Bitcoin owners. [Findings/Conclusion] Through the analysis of real cases of Bitcoin terrorist financing, it is proved that our proposed method is effective in identifying terrorist financing entities and detecting typical fund transaction patterns of terrorist organizations in cryptocurrency transactions. [Originality/Value] This paper studies the dark side of cryptocurrency transactions through data mining and analysis, which has both practical significance and theoretical value for the regulation of cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

The multidimensional exploration on generative intelligent publishing can reveal its application scenarios, risk challenges, and regulatory paths. [Design/Methodology] Based on the technical application principles and application characteristics of generative AI technology, this study explores the application scenarios, risk challenges, and regulatory paths of generative intelligent publishing. [Findings/Conclusion] The application scenarios of generative intelligent publishing include five categories: publishing big data and large language models, dimensional development of intelligent knowledge services, intelligent robots in the field of intelligent decision-making publishing, generative intelligent publication, and new business formats of metaverse publishing.Generative intelligent publishing faces challenges in data source and data output, academic ethical norms, adherence to core values, and substitution of human occupations, etc. In view of these challenges,corresponding regulatory paths are proposed from the perspective of regulation and governance. [Originality/Value] In the face of the digital age empowered by generative AI technology, it is of great significance to explore its enabling role and deep impact on publishing for promoting the high-quality development and modernization of publishing.

    Research on Social Media Health Rumors from the Perspective of Literature: Characteristics, Dissemination and Governance

    [Purpose/Significance] A systematic analysis of health rumors in the social media environment will help to expand the research vision of health informatics and provide reference for the scientific governance of health rumors. [Design/Methodology] This study combines bibliometrics and content analysis. Based on the discrimination of health rumors and their related concepts, the data bases of SSCI, SCI, PubMed, CSSCI, CSCD, and PKU core journals are employed as data sources. As such, 213 articles published before April 14, 2022 are analyzed in this study. As such, we sort out and summarize these research from the perspectives of characteristics, dissemination, and governance of social media health rumors. [Findings/Conclusion] The research reveals the characteristics, dissemination elements and identification methods of social media health rumors, and finally constructs a multi-agent collaborative governance framework for social media health rumors. Accordingly, this study proposes the future research directions, including building a public corpus of health rumors, paying attention to the research on multimodal health rumors, attaching importance to health rumors whose authenticity has been proved to be not false, revealing the differences of the dissemination characteristics of health rumors in different media, and studying the health rumors combining the features and advantages of Library and Information Science. [Originality/Value] Under the background of the implementation of Healthy China Strategy and the construction of network governance system with Chinese characteristics, this paper combs the domestic and foreign research on social media health rumors, clarifies the thread of thought and the development trend of research on social media health rumors, and puts forward the research direction of social media health rumors in the future.

    [Purpose/Significance] Systematic analysis of the connotation, types and characteristics of interdisciplinary research collaboration will provide reference for related practice and theoretical research and better promote knowledge innovation. [Design/Methodology] Adopting the method of literature analysis and network survey, this paper analyzes the concepts of interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary research and research collaboration, puts forward the connotation of interdisciplinary research collaboration, and summarizes its types. [Findings/Conclusion] From the perspective of organizational structure and operation, in the current research environment, interdisciplinary research collaboration can be divided into three types according to the motivation and scale of the collaboration, namely, individual demand-driven collaboration, research project-based collaboration, and collaboration within the organization of interdisciplinary research entities. Each of these types has different characteristics and application scenarios. Combined with the "Organized Research" strategy, the study assumes that individual demand-driven collaboration highlights the characteristics of free exploration and is a basis and flexible mode of independent innovation for researchers, however, in terms of organizational management and effectiveness guarantee, the research project-based collaboration and collaboration within organizations of interdisciplinary research entities are more in line with the complicated trends of scientific research and the needs of social development in the new era. [Originality/Value] The basic theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary research collaboration in this paper will lay the foundation for its further in-depth research and organizational management practices.

    [Purpose/Significance] This paper introduces the "Informatics Moments" into the scenario of family, dedicating to explore the mechanism of digital reverse mentoring, and providing suggestions for bridging the digital divide and promoting intergenerational interactions.[Design/Methodology] Twenty college students were recruited for interviews to examine the specific process of teaching their parents to use digital devices and the data analysis was conducted using the grounded theory. [Findings/Conclusion] The triggering mechanism, specific behavior and results of digital reverse mentoring are revealed. The difficulties and their solutions in the process are pointed out. [Originality/Value] This paper is no longer limited to explore the influencing factors, but deeply study the specific elements and their relationships of digital reverse mentoring, and constructs a model of digital reverse mentoring mechanism.

    [Purpose/Significance] By explaining why, what and how to construct the discipline system of library science with Chinese characteristics, this paper aims to  clarify the overall direction and specific measures for the development of the specialty of library science in China in the future. [Design/Methodology] Through a literature review and network investigation, using the methods of induction and deduction,this paper systematically sorts out the basic connotation, practical opportunity, internal demand, theoretical basis and innovation direction of the discipline system of library science with Chinese characteristics, and further analyzes the construction path of the discipline system of library science with Chinese character. [Findings/Conclusion] Findings reveal that the essence of the discipline system of library science with Chinese characteristics is China's independent knowledge system of library science .To realize the creative transformation and inheritance of the theory and practice of library science in China,we should construct the discipline system of library science based on the research results of the existing library science discipline system in China, consider the development practice opportunities, internal demand and combine the emerging themes of policy deployment, theoretical research and industry practice.We should also reasonably introduce the advanced achievements from abroad, and construct the discipline system of library science with Chinese characteristics with scientific ideas.     [Purpose/Significance] This paper analyzes the current status of digital humanities projects in China in terms of the number and content, and explores the driving and reforming effect of gamification narratives on digital humanities, as well as the feasibility of applying gamification narratives to digital humanities. [Design/Methodology] Based on teasing out the concept and core elements of gamification narratives, this paper elucidated gamification narratives in digital humanities projects with case analysis from two dimensions of narrative expression and media presentation. [Findings/Conclusion] The paper puts forward the practical path of gamification narratives in digital humanities from four aspects: mining characteristic cultural genes, constructing open narrative text, improving feedback loops in platforms, and designing multi-media matrix. [Originality/Value] Gamification narratives provide a new perspective for digital humanities projects development, and enrich the development concepts and methods of current digital humanities projects.

    [Purpose/Significance] With the continuous advancement of the government's digital transformation, chatbot technology has been increasingly adopted by public sectors and applied in various governance scenarios. This study seeks to comb and analyze the research status to understand the application trend of emerging technologies and provide research reference for further exploration. [Design/Methodology] Literature research is first conducted to collect the current research articles related to the application of chatbots in the public sector published before October 6, 2022 from databases of Web of Science, CNKI, Google Scholar PKU Scholar and other websites.Inductive method is then used to summarize current research from four aspects: definition and classification, value and limit, main application scenarios, influencing factors, user trust and evaluation. [Findings/Conclusion] For the public sector, chatbots have both value in general and specific applications, but there are limitations in technology and application. The related application scenarios mainly focus on public information service and interaction between government and people, open government data  and data management, public emergency management. The application of chatbots and users' trust in chatbots are affected by many external factors such as environment, organization, technology and so on. The corresponding evaluation frameworks and indicators also involve efficiency, effectiveness, satisfaction and other aspects. [Originality/Value] This paper expounds the research progress of chatbots application in public sector from multiple dimensions, analyzes the key points and shortcomings of the research, and puts forward future research directions, so as to provide reference for subsequent research.

    [Purpose/Significance] The aim of this paper is to present the development track of the academic thoughts and viewpoints in the field of Library and Information Science(LIS),which will not only help to sort out the development process of LIS from a diachronic perspective, but also helps to explore the achievements of LIS from a microscopic perspective [Design/Methodology] This study begins with the definition and review of the academic thoughts and academic viewpoints based on the core journal literature in CNKI of LIS from 1992 to 2022It goes on to formulate labeling specifications for academic thoughts and academic viewpoints and complete labeling manually.Then it builds an automatic extraction model for academic thoughts and academic viewpoints based on deep learning. Finally, combined with the topic model,it systematically explore the development track of academic thoughts and academic viewpoints of LIS. [Findings/Conclusion]The representative themes of academic thought of LIS in each period are "Nguyen's classification thought, Bibliography  ideology,citation analysis, knowledge management, etc.", while the representative themes of academic viewpoint are" reader service, cognitive information science and subject librarian, public opinion evolution, etc.". The academic thoughts and viewpoints of each period correspond to the themes of the development of LIS disciplines in this period. It shows that on the one hand, academic thoughts and their viewpoints play a fundamental role in the development of disciplines and are stable; on the other hand, the emergence of new problems drive the introduction of thoughts and viewpoints of other disciplines and the emergence of new thoughts and viewpoints, which are dynamic and changeable. [Originality/Value] Revealing the development of the academic thoughts and viewpoints of LIS based on data-driven method not only makes up for the shortcomings of traditional methods, but also provides new ideas for scholars to understand the historical evolution and future prediction of LIS.

    Adoption and Influence of Machine Learning Algorithms in Information Science Research in China: From the Perspective of CSSCI Journal Papers

     [Purpose/Significance] This study reviews the adoption and influence of machine learning algorithms in information science research, providing reference for scholars to better use these algorithms to solve relevant problems. [Design/Methodology] This study mainly uses the content analysis method.We choose 16 journals in CSSCI in the field of library and information science as data sources, manually encode machine learning algorithms' name, analyze usage frequencies, usage evolution, document type distribution and research field distribution of algorithms, finally reveal their influences on information science research. [Findings/Conclusion] The adoption of algorithms in information science research is early, and has flourished since 2016; the top 5 machine learning algorithms with upward trends are SVM, K-means, CNN, BERT, BiLSTM, machine learning algorithms are mainly applied in information processing, information analysis, information service and knowledge service, information metrology. Adoption of machine learning algorithms are closely related to growth, development and expansion of information science research, which are the focus, entry point and key point of conflict resolution at these stages. [Originality/Value] This study reveals adoption of machine learning algorithms and their influences on information science research in China.

    [Purpose/Significance] As a new data stewardship mode and data asset management mode, data trusts is of great significances to promote data circulation and the construction of data elements market. [Design/Methodology] On the basis of literature research and inductive analysis, combined with multi-disciplinary thinking such as the theories of data rights, data circulation and public trusts, this paper analyzes the connotation, practical significance, theoretical basis and realizing path of data trusts from multiple perspectives. [Findings/Conclusion] As a emerging intermediaries, a new data relationships and a regulatory tool, data trusts optimizes the  theoretical connotation from emphasizing both value and safety, implements a fair and transparent operation mechanism,builds a credible ecological environment of data circulation, and thus solves the lack of vitality of the main body, crisis of trust and contraction of governance space under traditional data circulation.The healthy development of data trusts requires the collaborative governance of data regulation system, data security governance, trusts operation rules, trusted data ecology and other elements. [Originality/Value] This paper clarifies the connotation framework of data trusts, analyzes the stewardship utility and market value of data trusts from the perspective of data circulation rather than personal data management, which will provide reference for the construction of data elements market and the development of data trusts industry in China.

    Measuring Human-AI Interaction Experience: Implications for Conducting Controlled Experiments

    [Purpose/Significance] Human-AI interaction(HAII)has become a frontier research theme in the field of human-computer interaction. The research of Human-AI interaction focuses on the processes and outcomes of human using artificial intelligence to accomplish specific tasks and explores the function and mechanisms of each element in the process. This study aims to reveal the application of controlled experiments in existing foreign HAII research and to acquire implication, which would provide guidance for future experimental studies and accelerate the development and popularization of human-centered AI. [Design/Methodology] This study conducts a systematic review on 114 experimental research articles on Human-AI interaction experience, which were published between 2007 and 2022. It proposes a five first-level categories coding table including experimental samples, experimental tasks, experimental materials, experimental observation dimensions and data analysis methods, based on which the content analysis on the experimental design part of the literature has been conducted. [Finding/Conclusion] Previous researches have shown the characteristics such as single sampling method, low reusability of experimental materials, insufficient use of objective experimental observation tools, and prospective experimental tasks. [Originality/Value] The research focus on the emerging research direction of human-AI interaction experience, is the first to comprehensively review and analyze the research methodology and contribute a complete set of basic framework for experimental design, which helps to improve the standardization and scientificity of human-AI interaction experience research.

    Identification Methods of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content in Online Communities

    [Purpose/significance] Generative artificial intelligence will cause a certain degree of AI information pollution in online communities. The various AIGC identification methods studied in this paper are of great significance to prevent the negative impact of rapidly evolving generated artificial intelligence. [Design/Methodology] This paper first constructed a HAC data set in multiple online community platforms with 54 major categories of topics of Sina Weibo, which contained 100,873 pieces of information written by humans and generated artificial intelligence respectively. Then it explored whether the current 6 kinds of mainstream deep learning and 7 kinds of machine learning methods can identify whether the information in the online community was written by human beings or generated by artificial intelligence. Finally, the BEM-RCNN method was proposed to further improve the recognition of AIGC precision. [Findings/Conclusion] From the perspective of constructed data set, it is found that generated artificial intelligence has a strong "human-like expression", which can simulate human beings to post and reply on social media platforms. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has an accuracy of 96.4%, which can well identify whether the content on the online community is written by humans or AI. It is superior to the 13 other mainstream methods such as BERT, ERNIE, and TextRNN in terms of precision, recall rate, F1-value, and accuracy, verifying its performance advantages. At the same time, many exploratory experiments have also proved that although the current mainstream machine learning methods are less accurate than the method in this paper, they can also be competent for some AIGC recognition tasks. [Originality/Value] Multiple methods are used in this paper to identify AIGC on social media, and prevent information pollution caused by generative artificial intelligence on social media platforms.
