摘要：
归纳了网络信息资源著作权风险的特点，分析了网络信息资源著作权风险的影响因素，在此基础上构建基于风险因子的网络信息资源著作权综合风险评估指标体系，并对该指标体系进行有效性检验，结果证明该指标体系的有效性较高。

Abstract:
This paper sums up the characteristics of copyright risk of network information resources, analyzes the related risk factors，and then constructs the comprehensive indicator system and tests the validity of the indicator system. The result demonstrates that the index system is effective and feasible in practical application.
