摘要:

亚马逊的用户体验和用户参与一直为业界津津乐道,且亚马逊图书业务与图书馆有很大的相似性,其用户参与机制对图书馆服务和馆藏建设中吸引用户参与有较为直接的借鉴意义。本文通过亚马逊网站的注册、使用跟踪体验的案例分析法,结合相关文献的分析,从“发表图书评论评级”、“补充和修改图书元数据信息”、“众包方式用户参与”、“提供数据和服务OpenAPI接口”、“线下用户参与活动”5个方面深入分析亚马逊的用户参与途径和参与机制,并从参与方式、参与内容和参与激励3个方面重点分析了图书馆界可以得到的启示和借鉴。

Abstract:

The user experience and user participation of Amazon has always been a popular subject in library field, and its book business is similar to library. So the user participation mechanism of Amazon is helpful to the library services and library collection construction. Combining with analysis of related literatures and case study of registration and experience, the paper analyzes Amazon’s user participation way and participation mechanism from five aspects: book review writing and ranking, metadata information expanding and revising, crowdsourcing, OpenAPI providing, and offline activities organizing. Then it discusses the enlightenment to library participation in ways, contents and motivation mechanisms.
