MOOC环境下高校图书馆教参资源建设探讨

Course Reserve Resources Construction of University Library in the MOOC Environment

摘要:

完善的数字教参资源是保障MOOC教学正常开展和提高教学质量的重要基础。高校图书馆拥有丰富的教参建设经验、海量的教参资源及成熟的资源加工技术,应该成为MOOC教参资源建设的主导力量。MOOC教参资源建设的关键是与现有教参系统及学科服务平台的整合。重视对开放获取资源的利用,引入新的采购理念并合理解决社会学习者的访问问题,同时调动教学团队、学习者、MOOC平台商、出版社等参与主体的积极性,共同参与建设,是改变MOOC教参资源匮乏的现状的可行方法。

Abstract:

Rich course reserve resources are the critical foundation upon which MOOC teaching is operated smoothly and services quality is improved. The university library has rich experiences, massive resources and mature skills to be the leading of course reserve resources construction in the MOOC environment. The key to resources construction is to integrate the traditional reserve systems and subject platforms. To change the shortage of the MOOC reserve resources should attach a great importance to the use of open access resources,introduce the new purchasing mode, ensure the social learners access to resources, and arouse the initiative of instructors, learners, MOOC platform providers to participate in the construction.
