Abstract:

With the fourth paradigm of dataintensive scientific discovery emerging, institute research data management have already been universally accepted by everyone. Research data management survey is the important part of RDM service. This paper analyzed the research data management practice of universities in UK by literature research、webbased survey and the method of content analysis, then analyzed the goal of investigation、ways of investigation、object of investigation、Investigation organization personnel and question design of research data management questionnaire survey. Hope to understand how to take research data management  in foreign countries and provide a reference for the research data management in our country.
