Abstract:

The intelligent technological environment brings different experiences to users, and the research of Users’ Information Behaviorhaschanged consequently.Based on the related papers in iConference2017 and other related researches, this paper aims to explore the research interests and trends of Users’ Information Behavior. By analyzing the conference papers, it can be found that intelligent, collaborative and mobile environment has become a new context and an importantpoint of Users’ Information Behavior researches. Therefore, this paper introduces the research hotspots from three aspects, collaborative information behavior incommunities, mobile information behavior and intelligent interactive technology. Researches of Users’ Information Behavior, in recent years, integrating with the new technology environment, focus on the study of users’ behavior, perception and cognition, and the improvement of interaction design and technology in order to provide useroriented information service.
