摘要:

随着数据密集型科研时代的来临,数据对于科研的影响愈发重要,因此培养用户数据管理和使用能力,提高用户数据意识,是图书馆的核心工作之一。本文在调研国内外相关用户数据素养研究基础上,运用内容分析法对已有文献进行分析、归纳,总结了用户数据素养研究框架,从用户数据素养需求、数据素养能力以及数据素养教育等方面阐述相关研究及进展,最后从研究问题、对象和方法三个角度对国内外研究进行比较,指明了未来的用户数据素养研究需进一步加强对用户数据需求的探索,构建完整的数据素养能力评价体系,深入探索不同专业、职业、情境的用户其数据素养需求及行为特征。

Abstract:

With the advent of dataintensive scientific research, data is increasingly important to scientific research. Therefore, cultivating users’ ability of managing and using data, and promoting  data awareness of users have become core tasks for libraries. After investigating the literature on data literacy from the perspective of users, this paper used content analysis to induce research topics. Then a theoretical framework was built. From users’ data literacy needs, data literacy capability and data literacy education, this study reveals the findings in prior researches. Then by comparing the researches from domestic and other countries on research problems, objects and methods, this paper proposes some suggestions to the researches in the future: it is necessary to explore the needs of data for users, develop a complete data literacy ability evaluation system, and explore the data literacy requirements and behavioral characteristics of users with different majors, professions and situations.
