Abstract:

With the increase of public demands on health knowledge, it is important to build a health knowledge service platform  according to users' demands, which is the main purpose of this paper. By comparing some domestic and international platforms, this study found out some problems for domestic platforms.Through questionnaire survey, this paper revealedusers' concernsabout online health information, including their motivation to obtain health information, public perception of the credibility of online health information, and types of public health information demands. Then a health knowledge service platform has been developed, which consists of data layer, business layer and presentation layer.This research also developed knowledge base type and dataupdating mechanism, did knowledge processing and associative dimension, so as to provide multiple knowledge navigating service, crossdatabase integrated service and dynamic knowledge associated service. Finally, this paper systematically illustrates the effects of service and users' concerns of diseases, drugs and hospitals according to the logging data.
