摘要:

改革开放40年来我国图书馆学教育制度经历了多维度、全方位、深层次的变革。文章运用文献调研、网络调查的研究方法,以制度变革的标志性事件为线索,总结并分析了改革开放不同阶段图书馆学教育政策所发挥的指导作用,梳理并论述了图书馆学教育机构的发展与变迁、图书馆学专业与学科归属的变化、不同层次图书馆学教育制度的变革,以及图书馆学成人教育制度的建立与完善。文章认为,面对全球不断变化的信息环境,我国图书馆学教育制度的深层次改革应在以下方面取得突破性进展:调整并明确图书馆学本科教育的定位,将图书馆学教育的重点转向研究生层次,重新设计和完善图书情报硕士专业学位制度,继续改革与完善图书馆学继续教育制度。

Abstract:

The education system of library science has undergone a profound and thorough transformation in all aspects since reform and opening up. By the use of literature research and online survey, this paper systematically summarized and analyzed the guiding role played by library science education policy at different stages in the reform and opening up. It reviewed the development and transformation of educational institutions, the changes of subject attribution, the educational system transforming of different degrees, and the establishment and improvement of adult education system in library science. In the ever-changing global information environment, breakthroughs should be made in deepening the reform of library science education system in China, including adjusting and clarifying the orientation of undergraduate education in library science, turning the emphasis of library science education to master degree, redesigning the Master professional system of library and information science, and reforming and improving the system of continuing education in library science.
