Abstract: ［Purpose/Significance］With the indepth analysis on the topic of artificial intelligence and library renewal, this paper intends to illustrate the three dimensions involved in this proposition, including the conception, the value orientation, and the post all around well off society. ［Design/Methodology］A three dimensional analyzing method was occupied that included: (1) the evolutionary process of artificial intelligence and library renewal is a historic trend; (2) the pursued value should be targeted as to be the perfect good; (3) the post all around well off society should be strategized. Moreover, both theoretical and practical research on international and domestic developments was conducted. ［Findings/Conclusion］Artificial intelligence and the library renewal foster the improvement and enhancement of libraries in a novel and energetic way, which is bound to bring us a new era of intellectualized digital service.  Meanwhile, the value should be human oriented, service oriented and pursuing the greatest intelligence good. Moreover, as for the post all around well off society, artificial intelligence and library renewal should be further promoted, public culture service system needs to be established at a higher level, and the reform of library science education needs to be propelled. ［Originality/Value］A multi level analysis of artificial intelligence and library renewal has been implemented, and a preliminary conception of the perfect good intelligence science and technology for libraries has been proposed. Finally, innovative strategies for the use of artificial intelligence in the post all around well off society have been provided.
