摘要: [目的/意义]对大数据环境下的电子商务学科智能化转型和转型中重要的商务智能研究的思路和定位等进行讨论,对促进大数据环境下电子商务学科的发展和社会服务能力提升有重要意义。[研究设计/方法]面向大数据和人工智能的国家战略需求,从复杂社会技术系统视角,通过文献总结和理论研究,探究电子商务学科的智能化转型思路和定位,对智能化转型中重点领域之一的新型商务智能研究进行思考。[结论/发现] 面向国家重大战略,系统全面地从技术子系统、社会子系统和社会技术系统三部分构建基于大数据融合的新型商务智能,并提出从“电子”商务向“智能”商务的学科智能化转型的定位体系。[创新/价值]从复杂系统视角对电子商务学科智能化转型进行思考,并从商务智能研究点出发探索学科转型,为大数据环境下的电子商务学科建设和科学研究提供思路借鉴。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to pursue some reflections and positioning of intelligent transition and business intelligence research of electronic commerce in the era of big data, which is of great significance to promote the development of e-commerce as a discipline and enhance its social service capabilities.[Design/Methodology]Based upon the national strategic needs of big data and artificial intelligence, this paper conducted literature summary and theoretical research from the perspective of complex social technology systems in order to explore the method and positioning for the intelligent transition of ecommerce. Besides, this paper gave some thought to the research of new business intelligence which is a key area in the intelligent transition.
[Findings/Conclusion]Orienting to the major national strategies, this study has systematically and comprehensively built a new type of business intelligence based on the integration of big data which consists of technology subsystem, social subsystem, and social technology system. A positioning system for the intelligent transition of e-commerce has also been proposed which is a shift from "electronic" commerce to "intelligent" commerce.[Originality/Value]The study not only offered some reflections on the intelligent transition of e-commerce from the perspective of complex systems, but also explored the discipline transition from the perspective of business intelligence research. It could provide some references for the construction and scientific research of e-commerce as a discipline in the big data era.
