Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper systematically reviews the literatures on domestic and oversea research of open government data platform construction in recent ten years, which is helpful for future research improvement and practical guidance in this field. [Design/Methodology] On the basis of literature investigation, this paper comprehensively adopted the methods of comparative analysis and logical analysis, and made a summary around eight topics, including composition, functional value, influencing factors, practice exploration, evaluation framework, realistic dilemma, top-level design and implementating path. [Findings/Conclusion] This research field has gone through three stages, which are initial exploration, rapid development and steady advancement. Meanwhile, the research results have shown obvious thematic characteristics, andthe research viewpoints and perspectives of each topic are rich and varied. However, there are some limitations in research topics, methods and horizons. Future research should pay attention to serving the practical needs of research topics, attach importance to introducing value rationality into research process, closely track the practice frontier trends at home and abroad, and expand the research disciplines and theoretical perspectives. [Originality/Value] This paper conducts a deep induction of the research achievements and key contents of open government data platform construction. It also analyzes the existing research deficiencies and points out future research directions.
