摘要: [目的/意义]旨在明确用户对移动政务APP满意度的影响机制,为移动政务APP的良性发展提供改善建议,助力提升群众获得感和政府治理能力。[研究设计/方法]基于感知价值视角,使用文本分析法从用户对移动政务APP的负面评论中归纳用户满意度影响因素,使用解释结构模型(ISM)揭示各因素间的层级关系,并用交叉影响矩阵相乘法模型(MICMAC)进行解释和验证。[结论/发现 ]确定了感知功能价值、感知交互价值、感知风险价值三个维度共22项移动政务APP用户满意度影响因素,根据ISM模型,将22项因素分为表层、中层和底层三个层次,利用MICMAC将影响因素分为独立、自治和依赖三个影响因素群。[创新/价值]揭示了移动政务APP用户满意度影响机制,丰富了感知价值理论的应用领域,并为移动政务发展提供有效建议。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This study aims to clarify the influencing mechanism of user satisfaction for mobile government APPs, provide improvement suggestions for the sound development of mobile government APPs, and help enhance the people's sense of fulfillment and the government's capacity for governance. [Design/Methodology] From the perspective of perceived value, the method of content analysis was used to summarize the influencing factors of user satisfaction from the negative comments of users on mobile government APPs. The Explanatory Structure Model(ISM)was used to reveal the hierarchical relationship among factors, and the Cross-Impact Matrix Multiplication Applied to Classification Model(MICMAC)was used to explain and verify these relationships. [Findings/Conclusion] A total of 22 influencing factors on user satisfaction of mobile government Apps in three dimensions of perceived functional value, perceived interaction value and perceived risk value were determined.According to the ISM model, 22 factors were divided into three levels: surface, middle and bottom,and these influencing factors were further divided into three groups: independent, autonomous and dependent based on MICMAC. [Originality/Value] This paper reveals the influencing mechanism of user satisfaction for mobile government APPs, enriches the specific content and application field of the theory of perceived value, and provides effective suggestions for the development of mobile government.
