摘要:

iSchools毕业生的就业情况,生动地体现了iSchools运动对传统图书馆学人才培养模式变革的成果。文章对iSchools联盟院系的毕业生就业领域、薪酬情况、求职时长等情况进行了调查,探讨了这些学院在人才培养目标上的特征,对我国图书馆学教育人才培养目标的变革提出了若干建议。

Abstract:

The employment situation of iSchools graduates vividly reflects the results of iSchools movement on the transformation of traditional library science talents cultivation model. This article investigates the iSchools graduates’ employment areas, salary condition, the duration of a job and other information, explores the characteristics of iSchools’s talent training target and gives some suggestions on the transformation of library science talent training goal in China.
