Abstract:

The public digital culture is a new cultural paradigm and service format， a cultural form for contributing to the dialogue “elite culture” and “popular culture”， which can solve the “dislocation problem” between the supply of the public culture and the real needs of the grassroots groups. The public digital culture already exists，but it is never viewed as a whole no matter from the aspect of concept or operation. We need discriminate the connotation and the classification of public digital culture，build the system of management，operation，content and services of the nonprofit digital culture.
