Abstract:

This paper mainly analyzes the influence of income and subject feel about income on happiness, job satisfaction and commitment of librarians. The results show that, different levels of income and satisfaction with income have different effects on happiness, job satisfaction, commitment and factors belong them. Librarians with higher income and self income satisfaction will be happier, more satisfied with their job and show higher level of commitment.
