The Research on Construction of Government Website Public Satisfaction Evaluation Model

摘要：

本文在对前期研究中构建的政府门户网站公众满意度（GWPSI）结构模型描述的基础上，采用问卷调查、因子分析、专家访谈等方法获取了GWPSI结构模型中各结构变量的观测变量并建立了GWPSI测评模型。最后针对GWPSI测评模型的特点及其应用做出说明。

Abstract:

On the basis of the GWPSI structural model description, the paper sets observed variables related to the corresponding latent variables in GWPSI structural model and the GWPSI Evaluation Model by the Questionnaire survey Factor analysis and Expert interview. At last, it analyzes the characters and application of GWPSI Evaluation Model.
