Abstract:

Network financial information service became a hot research topic as the fast development of internet finance. The paper based on the foundation of network information service quality evaluation theory and the characteristics of network financial information service, intend to demonstrate and analyze network information service quality evaluation indexation system. We select vertical financial website platform as our empirical study model and implemented SPPS software as our tool to analyze collected data. According to the result of study, we provided suggestions for the network financial information service quality improvement in order to help financial institution to adjust the direction and quality of the service.
