Abstract:

The Annual Conference of the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) is one of the most famous academic conference in the world and is the main venue for disseminating research on advances in information science, information technology and related topics. This paper takes the 40 accepted papers of the 78th Annual Meeting of ASIS&T as the main research objects, analyses and discusses the main content from the information science impact on individuals, organizations, society, systems & technology, information contexts. And then the research methods, research tools and research topics are summarized to disclose the status and trends in information science research.
