摘要:

用户体验服务模式具有良好的感官价值,在图书馆开展用户体验服务模式,能够突破传统图书馆的服务方式,提升图书馆的服务质量,体现“以用户为中心”的图书馆核心价值。本文以国家图书馆数字图书馆体验区为例,阐述了国家图书馆开展用户体验服务模式在服务内容、服务方式、服务对象和技术手段四个维度上的设计思路,介绍了用户体验服务在数字图书馆体验区中的应用实践,总结了该服务模式所具有的优势,并对服务效果进行了分析与评价,最后,针对数字图书馆体验区实际的服务效果提出了发展建议。

Abstract:

User experience service model has good sensory value, carried out the user experience service mode in Library, it can break through the traditional service mode of the library, improve the service quality of the library, embodies “user centered” library core values. Take The Experience Area of Digital library in the National Library for example, this paper expounds the service content, service mode, service object and adopting technology of the user experience service mode in the National Library, introduces the application and practice of user experience service in Digital Library Experience Area, summarizes the advantages of the service model, and analyses and evaluates service effect. In the end, it puts forward the development suggestion for the actual service effect of the Digital Library Experience Area.
