Abstract:

The development and utilization of information resources covers the process of information production, storage, dissemination, analysis and maintenance. In recent years, the continuous emergence of big data has had a huge impact on the development and utilization of information resources.Taking the papers of iConference2017 and related fields as the study samples, this paper discusses the frontier and hotspot about the development and utilization of information resources from three aspects: information production and communication, metrological analysis and scientific evaluation, development and evaluation of information system .This paper has found the following research progress and trends: the users’ behavior and psychology of community and social network has an important impact on the information production and dissemination activities. Metrological analysis and scientific evaluation tends to combine quantitative methods with qualitative method;the development and evaluation of information system puts more emphasis on accuracy and timeliness, with have been mainly used in scientific decisionmaking and personality recommendation.
