我国文化云的服务现状及展望

摘要:

文化云是我国公共数字文化建设的重要内容,代表了公共数字文化服务的发展方向,是新时期满足公众文化需求的重要方式和有效路径。研究文化云的服务对于推进文化云建设,提升文化云服务水平具有重要意义。本文利用文献回顾、网络调查、电话访谈、用户体验等方法获取文化云的相关信息,并从服务分布、服务可及性与易用性、服务内容、可持续性运营等四个方面深入剖析文化云的服务现状、存在的问题,探讨文化云服务的发展方向。研究结果表明,我国文化云的发展速度快,服务内容多样,文化云分布不均衡,服务功能不完善,服务资源不充分,服务的可持续运营存在一定风险。未来的文化云建设应重点关注并努力实现服务资源的系统性整合,促进公众的全面参与,发挥文化云的文化管理职能,探索其长效服务机制。

Abstract:

Cultural cloud is an important part of the public digital culture construction in China, which represents the developing direction of public digital culture service, and is an important and effective way to meet the public cultural demands in the new era. The study of cultural cloud services has great significance for promoting the construction and improving the service level of cultural cloud. This paper used the methods of literature review, network survey, telephone interview and user experience to obtain the relevant information of cultural cloud. It also analyzed the service status and main problems of cultural cloud from four aspects: service distribution, service accessibility and ease of use, service content and sustainability operation, and then discussed the developing direction. The results demonstrate the features of cultural cloud as fast development, diverse service content, uneven cultural cloud distribution, imperfect service function, inadequate service resources, and risky sustainable operation of cultural cloud service. Consequently, cultural cloud construction should focus on achieving the systematic integration of service resources, promoting the full participation of the public, playing the managing role of cultural cloud, and exploring its longterm service mechanism.
