A Comprehensive Review of the Seminar on Library Science Education in a New Era and the National Library Science Doctoral Forum

摘要: 2019年4月19-21日,新时代图书馆学教育研讨会暨全国图书馆学博士生论坛在武汉大学召开,会议以“新时代图书馆学变革与发展:开放、融合、智慧”为主题,以教育研讨会和博士生论坛2个核心板块,共同探讨图书馆学教育、图书馆服务、数据管理、信息行为、信息政策与法律、图书馆事业、阅读推广、文献计量、信息组织等共11个分主题的研究。本文以会议的各专家致辞、主旨报告以及收录的研究论文为综述对象,结合国内外研究前沿,按照主题从图书馆学学科发展、图书馆事业发展和图书馆学教育发展三个模块进行评述,以揭示当前图书馆学变革与发展研究领域的现状、热点与发展趋势,力图为未来图书馆学变革发展的研究与实践提供借鉴参考。

Abstract: The Seminar on Library Science Education, namely the National Library Science Doctoral Forum was held in Wuhan University during April 19 to 21, 2019. The theme of this conference is " Revolution and Development of Library Science in a New Era: Openness, Integration, and Wisdom ". It consists of two parts, educational seminars and doctoral forums. This conference intends to provide a platform for scholars to discuss several issues, including library science education, library services, data management, information behavior, information policies and laws, librarianship, reading promotion, bibliometrics, information organization, and so on. Experts’ speeches, the keynotes and 106 conference papers were investigated in this study. According to the investigation and the cuttingedge researches at home and abroad, exploration and review were conducted from three topics, including the development of library science, the development of librarianship and the development of library science education. This research aims to reveal the current status, hotspots and developing tendency of the revolution and development of library science and provide reference for further study and practice in this field.
