摘要：

从中国城乡数字鸿沟与城市化的特点入手，解析中国城乡数字鸿沟对城市化阻尼效应的内涵，深入探讨阻尼效应形成途径。研究发现：①阻尼效应包括城乡数字鸿沟对二元经济结构的强化效应、对二元社会结构的固化效应、对农村人口的排斥效应；②阻尼效应有三条形成途径，一是城乡数字鸿沟通过阻碍生产和消费资料流动形成强化效应，二是通过阻碍现代生活方式渗透形成固化效应，三是通过阻碍农民进城务工和定居来形成排斥效应。

Abstract:

The research analyzes characters of the urbanrural digital divide (URDD) and urbanization in China. Then, it studies connotation of drag effect on urbanization from URDD in China, and have further discussion on formation way of the effect. The result is that drag effect includes strengthening effect to binary economic structure, consolidation effect to dual social structure and exclusion effect to rural population. The further investigation finds that there are three ways to formatting these effects. Firstly, strengthening effect is formatted by blocking means of production and consumption flowing. Secondly, consolidation effect appeared through hindering modern life style to permeate in rural area. Thirdly, exclusion effect is formatted by hindering famer to work and settle in city.
