Abstract:

This study objects users in large stateowned power enterprise, and researches users and their information behavior related to difference of users’ information trust type. The survey faces to the users of China Southern Power Grid Company, and investigates users’ information behavior in four variables,which are Nature of the task, Work experience, Professional qualifications, and Intelligence relies, as well as the overall distribution. It results that the users’ information trust type is different in large state-owned enterprise. So the information service department should carry more valuable intelligence service for different users inlarge enteprises.
