Abstract:

The paper analyzes the necessity of duplication substitution of the electronic journals and the paper journals in the library，and discusses the substitution process，key factors which should be considered, and propose an alternative method. This paper also takes the paper and electronic journals of Shenzhen Library as an example, using the Delphi method to determine the weights of four primary factors and two secondary eight elements in the quantization table, explaining the score criteria. After analyzing the basic situation of the sample publication, related personnel start scoring. And then by comprehensing scores,the conclusion can be drawn. The results show that the method is feasible, and the conclusion of the score has good reference value.
