Research on User Trust Mechanism of Electronic Health Websites Based on the Incomplete Information Dynamic Game Model

  • Online:2018-05-10 Published:2018-05-10

Abstract:

How to obtain users' trust have become a hot topic of current research on electronic health websites. By using  incomplete information dynamic game model, this paper analyzed this topic of ehealth website user trust from the perspective of game analysis, in which the two sides of the game are the ehealth websites and their users. With the use of inverse induction method, this paper conducted the dynamic analysis of users' trust order of the electronic health website and clarified the reasonable strategies and the corresponding benefits for the electronic health websites and their users in each round. It has been found out that there is an inverse relationship between times and benefits, which means the more times the game played between two sides, the less effectiveness of the gained users' trust and personal information. According to the results of game analysis, this paper finally concludes that it is necessary to reduce the game round to enhance the reputation, integrate the cloud service to protect the personal information security, help develop users' viewpoints of privacy resources and improve the innovation of collaborative mobile health platform information services. Meanwhile, some suggestions have been put forward in order to provide reference for the optimization of health website platform construction and the enhancement of users’ trust.
