摘要:

学位论文是硕博士研究生为获得学位,在导师指导下撰写的具有创造性见解和创造性思维的学术研究论文,具有较高的学术研究价值和使用价值。文章以学位论文元数据为研究对象,将学位论文与资源发现系统相结合,构建学位论文资源发现系统元数据框架。采用案例研究、比较分析和实证分析等方法,对国家图书馆、中国科学技术信息研究所、NDLTD等7个国内外具有代表性的学位论文数据库的元数据内容进行调研与比较,结合DC、XMetaDiss、《学位论文描述元数据标准规范》等3个学位论文元数据标准,根据学位论文资源发现系统的需求,形成具有20个核心元数据的学位论文资源发现系统元数据方案,按照系统的元数据标准和既定的映射规则,实现多来源元数据向系统元数据的映射转换,并选取NSTL中一篇西文学位论文对上述映射机制进行验证,以检验其合理性与实用性。文章研究结论可以为学位论文资源的集成与共享提供方法借鉴,从而服务于学位论文资源的开发。

Abstract:

Dissertations are academic research papers written by postgraduate or PhD students under the guidance of tutors in order to obtain the degree, which have creative insights and thinking, and are of high academic research value and useful value. This paper takes the metadata of dissertations as research objects, and constructs the metadata framework of dissertation discovery systems with the combination of dissertations and resource discovery systems. Through case studies, comparative analysis and empirical analysis, we investigated and compared metadata contents of seven representative dissertation databases at home and abroad, such as National Library of China, China Institute of Science and Technology Information, NDLTD and so on. According to DC, XMetaDiss and the requirements of dissertation resource discovery systems, we constructed the metadata program of dissertation resource discovery system which has 20 core metadata. On the basis of the system's metadata standards and established mapping rules, we completed the conversion of multiple source metadata to system metadata, and selected a western dissertation to validate the established mapping mechanism and test its rationality and practicability. The conclusion of this paper can provide reference for the integration and sharing of dissertations resources, so as to serve the development of dissertations resources.
