Abstract:

Regulation of government information disclosure deadlines is an important component of government information disclosure procedures, and improving the regulations of information disclosure deadlines is beneficial to standardizing information disclosure procedures. There are some problems in current regulation of government information disclosure deadlines in China, such as the form of being informed, the online processing and tracking system of government information disclosure application, thirdparty regulations, the practicality of extension of the provisions and the regulations of the date of application received. Based on the analysis of United States, South Korea, Japan, Britain and other countries, we should explicitly tell people the form of being informed, build the online processing and tracking system of government information disclosure application, adjust the suspension period prescribed, perfect extension of the reply deadlines and other aspects to improve the regulation of government information disclosure deadlines in China.
