Abstract:

The paper studies scientometrics visualization by statistically analyzing 159 papers from the domestic core journals of Library and Information Science in the last decade (2004-2013) from four aspects, which are data selecting, data processing, datapresentation, and writing style. The study finds that the problems of scientometrics visualization in domestic researchers in the field of Library and Information Science can be mainly summarized as reproducible research aspects, few studies on the basic theories, and narrowly application in the indicators and tools of scientometrics visualization.
