Abstract:

Social networking has gradually become an important channel for people to share knowledge.  By using content analsis, this paper nalyzes 478 papers on social networking users’ knowledge sharing which puclished at home and abroad from 2000 to 2017. A literature type coding scheme and a subject content analysis coding scheme are constructed based on the characteristics and contents of these papers.  After coding and statistically analyzing the literature, a research framework is built. This paper further analyzes 186 papers,  which is empirical research on daily knowledge sharing by constructing empirical research coding scheme and theoretical basis coding scheme, also analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors involved in these studies. The results of the content analysis show that the number of literature about knowledge sharing of social network users is increasingrapidly, the empirical research orientation is prominent, the research topic isconcentrated, and the research framework is initially developed. The current main research content includes the behavior characteristics of daily knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing of a social platform, discussion on the theory of social capital, the preinfluencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior, etc. This paper reveals some trends in the future, including researchers will pay more attention to this topic, research perspective will be interdisciplinary, research methods will diversify, and theoretical innovation will increase.
