Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]Interdisciplinary research on domain knowledge contributes to break the barriers between disciplines and work out solutions for the great scientific issues.[Design/Methodology]This article built a lightweight domain knowledge graph based on the bibliographic information in the field of library and information science, and extracted the information about disciplines, nations, time, and their correlations. The multi-dimensional analysis method with the combination of time and space was used to track and analyze the interdisciplinary evolution process and differences across countries. [Findings/Conclusion]It has been found that interdisciplinary phenomena in LIS has become increasingly obvious, and differences exist in the degree and tendency of interdisciplinarity across countries. Moreover, some disciplinary orientations which are not yet prominent are worthy of attention.[Originality/Value]An analysis on interdisciplinary phenomena has been conducted from a multi-dimensional perspective. The relevant conclusions can provide useful reference for making national science and technology strategies and discipline development planning.
