Abstract: ［Purpose/Significance］The introduction of blockchain technology into the cooperative sharing of competitive intelligence alliance can reduce the risk of cooperative network intelligence sharing and improve the efficiency of intelligence sharing.
［Design/Methodology］According to the relevant characteristics of blockchain, this paper analyzed its advantages in the cooperating process of competitive intelligence alliance, expounded the organizational framework of competitive intelligence alliance, built the cooperative platform model based on blockchain, and illustrated the processes of identity authentication, data traceability and intelligence sharing of the model. ［Findings/Conclusion］The decentralized, traceable and tamper proof characteristics of blockchain technology provide a referential technical scheme for solving the opportunistic behaviors such as low-trust performance and failure of on-time contract fulfillment within the competitive intelligence alliance.［Originality/Value］Building a collaborative platform model of competitive intelligence alliance with the use of blockchain plays a positive role in the enrichment of competitive intelligence alliance research.
