Abstract:

As national project which articulate industry condition, competitive advantage and innovation culture, foresight studies are the main nudge for that the advanced country achieve technological development. By using bibliometric and literature review, a whole view of foresight studies have systematic presented, and discussed the foresight's concept, history and trends. Based on the analysis of the foresight operation in Germany, Japan and Taiwan, this paper summary the practice steps of the foresight studies for its application in the field of Scientific and technology information policy.
