Abstract:
Localization scale development of library organizational climate in the viewpoint of librarian can improve the effectiveness of the evaluation results and provide decision support with effective data. At first, the paper carries focus group interview, openended questionnaire after literature survey, and constructs initial scale about library organizational climate which contains 63 evaluation entries. Secondly, the paper has been a formal scale of Library organizational climate consisted of 32 evaluation entries through quantitative screening and qualitative assessment. Finally, the organizational climate scale of localization which contains six evaluation dimensions (the management policy, interpersonal relations, customer service, room for growth, job satisfaction and organizational identity) was built up.
