Abstract:

ISBD: International Standard Bibliographic Description-Consolidated Edition is a descriptive rule which has epoch-making significance. This paper fully systematic introduces its developing history, content, new changes and the feature of amendments, in order to provide reference and experience to draft a Chinese corresponding standard.
