Abstract:
User participation is the key of book recommendation purchase. This paper investigates library user needs and attitudes in the book recommendation purchase by the way of a questionnaire survey. Survey results show that there are markedly different psychological needs appear in first participation and multiple participation. Continuing participation behavior of users is more dependent on the environmental factors, such as system functions and the librarian feedback. Thus, the specific suggestions are made to the carrying out recommendation purchase services and the establishing recommendation purchase system.
