Abstract:

This paper takes the large stateowned power grid  enterprise-“Southern Power Grid” as an example, discussing the users’ attention toward the convenience of acquiring intelligence and comparing the users’ different concern under regular work environment and emergent work environment. The results show that the users in stateowned enterprises pay great attention to the convenience of acquiring intelligence, especially under emergent work environment. Overall, the users’ attention toward the convenience of acquiring intelligence in large stateowned power grid enterprise is proportional to the length of work experience, professional qualifications and intelligence acquisition frequency. Moreover, research users are more concerned with the convenience of acquiring intelligence than administrative users.
