Abstract:

Based on “A Guide to the Core Journals of China(2011edition)”, this paper gets the information about the cognition to open access, the status of participation in open access and policy development of Chinese core journals through questionnaire investigation. The interest demands of academic journals participating in open access are also deeply analyzed, which are to protect the economic interests of academic journals, play an important role in academic exchange and innovation, enhance the influence and operational efficiency of academic journals, and avoid the risks such as intellectual property conflicts.
