Abstract:

With the development of society and economy, the construction of new thinktank is being paid more and more attention. In the process of building the thinktanks, local literature resources plays a fundamental and supporting role. By using literature survey, inductive reasoning, comparative analysis, case studies and other research methods, the paper introduces the background of the construction of new thinktank with local characteristic, analyzes the connotation of local thinktank, the function of local literature on the thinktank construction. Finally, based on the local literature resources in the library, it put forward some measures the library should take to provide local literature information service for the thinktank construction with local characteristic. Think tank construction is also an opportunity for implementation and enhance the value of local literature. Library should take full advantage of the rich resources of local literature, strengthen these resources development and utilization, to contribute to the decision making service and think tank construction.
