Abstract:

Government Information Resource Value Measurement can be done from the perspective of objective reflection of credentials, social informed alerted Perspective, utilization and application perspective. Document Value Perspective mainly consider comprehensiveness, accuracy and archiving of government information resources. Awareness Value Perspective mainly from the correlation, and level of coverage angles of government information resources analysis; Application Value Perspective concerned the degrees, recognition, and benefits of the degree of conversion and other information resources. Value voucher measure focus on social justice “public-equilibrium” path. Awareness Value measure focus on individual-driven “mentality-behavior” path. Application value measure focus on the “input-output” path.
