Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The purpose of this paper is to review the emergency information quality evaluation research, sort out the structure and content features of related research, and look forward to future research. [Design/Methodology] Based on the six evaluation elements of "Full Evaluation" system, this paper summarizes and analyses the progress of foreign academic research on emergency information quality evaluation since the 21st century. [Findings/Conclusion] The results of the study show that since the 21st century, foreign research on the evaluation of emergency information quality mainly focuses on the healthcare field and the evaluation topics single. The quality evaluation criteria of emergency information include five dimensions: source, exchange acquisition, content, presentation, and utility. The main indicators are accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness. The future research trends are to evaluate the quality of network emergency information under the environment of big data, the hybrid evaluation methods and the construction of a well-established evaluation index system of emergency information quality. [Originality/Value] A systematic review of the development of foreign research on the quality evaluation of emergency information from the perspective of the "Full Evaluation" system is helpful to improve the national public crisis emergency response capability in terms of information quality.
