Abstract:

This paper focuses on the behavior and effect of knowledge sharing according to the open access platform. We put forward an evaluation model, and take the situation in the field of LIS at the Online Website of Chinese Scientific Papers as an example. From the perspective of uploading, browsing and commenting, we analyze the authors, readers and experts’ sharing behavior. And from the view of effect, we take the ownership, usefulness and satisfaction into consideration. Finally we postpone a few suggestions for the improvement of OA platform and more peoples’ participation in this new knowledge sharing model.
