Abstract:

In this paper, the author investigates and researches on the available information resources to develop information supporting system in underdeveloped regions, points out some problems existing in public libraries, then proposes a strategy of setting up Readers' Clubs of bookstores to solve these problems . In the end, the specific mode of the club, the necessity and feasibility, and the issues needed to be solved are discussed.
