Abstract:

With the advent of the digital age and the development of the network technology, Scientic Papers achieve the way of journal network and quickly sharing gradually. The paper states the four main practice way of Onlinesharing of Europe and the United States scientific papers and investigates it's developing characteristics in order to provide a reference for the practice development of Chinese Scientic Papers Online-sharing.
