Abstract:

On the basis of the GWPSI structural model description, the paper sets observed variables related to the corresponding latent variables in GWPSI structural model and the GWPSI Evaluation Model by the Questionnaire survey Factor analysis and Expert interview. At last, it analyzes the characters and application of GWPSI Evaluation Model.
