Abstract:

Implications for Construction of Scientific research and Collection development decisions were focused on by the bibliometric and visual analysis of subject research literatures included in SCI worldwide. An empirical study of the subject research on positive temperature coefficient(PTC) is conducted. The study results indicated that papers on PTC research mainly involve in materials, physics, engineering, polymer, etc;  88.74% references were to journal articles and 82% of the total were included in Ebsco, Springer, Wiley and IEEE; The halflife of journal is 8 years and the book is 12 years; Core journal and high cited journal do not coincide completely.
