Abstract:
From the perspective of pricing problems in the course of public information development, this paper introduces the great influence of pricing on public information access and main pricing models, then elaborates factors which could impact pricing strategies, such as the purpose of information using, value assessment, cost and funding, market competition, information equity. At last, it also proposes suggestions on how to improve public information pricing.
