Abstract:
With he advent of the web 2.0 age, the form of knowledge communication and usage is changing. Social Q&A community service which is generated by user knowledge contribution becomes an important tool for users to seek answers and satisfy their own information need in their daily life. This study summarized the relevant conclusions of previous researches on social Q&A communities from the perspective of user information behavior, finding out three modes of users’ knowledge behavior, including knowledge seeking behavior, knowledge contributing behavior and knowledge adopting behavior respectively. This study organized and summarized prior studies referring these three modes comprehensively and concretely, evaluating and accepting previous research findings. In the meantime, some gaps in relevant researches and future research directions were given in this study.
