Abstract:

Content quality of SQA platform has been a hot topic in academic field, but the research on the user’s side is not much. Currently, SQA platform is exploring the transition to the charging model, so the relationship of user roles becomes more complicated, which is of great research value. According to model principle, three SQA platforms were selected as the research cases. Based on descriptive analysis and comparison, the features of three SQA platforms and the economic relationship models of the user roles have been induced. The welfare analysis model of game theory is used from the  identitybased view to compare the free and charged SQA platforms in both qualitative and quantitative ways. Based on the research, it finds that the economic incentive of charged SQA platforms are used as the new and important way to improve their content quality. Also, the dependent and mutually beneficial relations of user roles are key to successful charged SQA platforms.
